ARTICLE 1: INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1. These Rules are applicable in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions published on the website www.vegas.hr / Vegas.hr and define the terms for participation in table games of chance in the online Casino. These games are hereinafter referred to as “Table Games”.
1.2. By using and/or visiting any part of the website www.vegas.hr / Vegas.hr (hereinafter: “Website”) or by creating a user account on the Website, you agree to be bound by:

2. These Rules constitute a legal agreement between Vegas.hr and the user (hereinafter: “Player”) who participates in the Table Games. These Rules are binding on both parties.
2.1. The agreement between Vegas.hr and the Player is based on the Player’s acceptance of the rules of individual table games and the General Terms and Conditions on www.vegas.hr, selection of games and confirmation of payment, whereby the Player acknowledges being familiar with the game details.
2.2. These Rules are binding on both parties. By entering into the agreement, the Player acknowledges their validity and confirms that they have read and accepted them.
2.3. By registering on the Website and entering into the agreement, the Player confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and rules.

ARTICLE 3: LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN GAMES

3. Participation in games of chance is prohibited for persons under the age of 18. Players under 18 are not permitted to participate in table games.

ARTICLE 4: DISCLAIMER (FORCE MAJEURE)

4. The Company is not liable for delays or failures to fulfill its obligations caused by external factors such as natural disasters, wars, communication network outages, industrial disputes, or cyberattacks. Such events are deemed “force majeure”.

ARTICLE 5: DEPOSITED FUNDS (DEPOSITS)

5. Deposits are made by transferring funds to the Company’s account via the payment methods listed on the Website. Currently available methods include debit cards, credit cards, e-wallets, prepaid cards, instant banking, fast bank transfers, and regular bank transfers.
5.1. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change accepted payment methods. The Company may also limit certain methods to specific conditions. No guarantee is made for availability of all methods at all times.

ARTICLE 9: WINNINGS

9. To win, the Player must achieve a combination defined in the rules of the respective game.
9.1. Players may receive payouts based on the bets they have placed.

ARTICLE 10: PAYOUT OF WINNINGS

10. Fulfillment of all rules and conditions entitles the Player to claim their winnings.
10.1. The Player may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to a minimum amount of €5, and within 5 business days. Bonus funds are not withdrawable.

ARTICLE 11: SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION

14.2. If the Company suspends the Player’s account, it will inform the Player of the reason, except when doing so could compromise security or affect other users’ rights.

ARTICLE 15: CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES

15. The Company reserves the right to amend, supplement or revoke any part of the Rules at any time without prior notice. All amendments will be published on the Website and may be communicated by email or via notice on the Website.
15.1. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Rules.

ARTICLE 16: COMPLAINTS

ARTICLE 18: FINAL PROVISIONS

18. These Rules are aligned with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
18.1. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is in Rijeka.
18.2. All changes and clarifications will be published on the Website.
